Ingredients for Healthy Fresh Peach Pie
To make this amazing pie you will need:
- 1 pie crust – A store-bought pie crust will do just fine, but if you’ve got time to make a homemade pie crust I recommend using the best coconut oil pie crust for an even tastier pie!

For the Peach Pie Filling:
- 8-9 fresh peaches, peeled and thinly sliced
- 1/4 cup pure maple syrup – Pure maple syrup is the secret sauce in this recipe. It makes the most heavenly flavor combination when paired with the fresh peaches!
- 1 teaspoon vanilla paste (optional, can use pure vanilla extract or pressure cooker vanilla extract)
- 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon

For the Whipped Cream:
- 1 pint whipping cream
- 1 teaspoon vanilla paste (or pure vanilla extract)
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 3 tablespoons pure maple syrup
How to Make Healthy Fresh Peach Pie
If needed, bake your pie crust in the oven according to instructions on recipe or package. Let cool completely before adding the filling.
Make your whipped cream by adding the whipping cream to a blender or mixer. Blend until just about to your preferred thickness. Then add in vanilla, cinnamon and maple syrup. Continue mixing until stiff peaks can be formed. Watch carefully to not go too far as to start making butter. Store in the refrigerator until the pie is ready to be served.

Make your pie filling by mixing together the maple syrup, vanilla and cinnamon in a bowl. Peel and thinly slice the peaches. Pour the syrup mixture over peaches. Toss and stir to coat all peach slices.

Store your crust, pie filling and whipped cream separately in the fridge until right before serving.
When ready to serve, add the peaches to the pie crust and top with a hefty dollop of whipped cream or a scoop of vanilla ice cream. Garnish with a sprinkle of cinnamon.
Slice and Devour!!! Enjoy the most delicious late summer treat of all time.
