Healthy Fresh Peach Pie

This fresh peach pie is an easy, healthy, no bake dessert that you can enjoy guilt-free any time of day. Fresh peaches never tasted so good!
For the Peach Pie Filling
- 8-9 fresh peaches
- 1/4 cup pure maple syrup
- 1 tsp vanilla paste (optional, can use pure vanilla extract)
- 1 tsp cinnamon
For the Whipped Cream
- 1 pint whipping cream
- 1 tsp vanilla paste or pure vanilla extract
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 3 tbsp pure maple syrup
Bake your crust according to instructions on recipe or package. Let cool completely before adding the filling.
Make your whipped cream by adding the whipping cream to a blender or mixer. Blend until just about to your preferred thickness. Then add in vanilla, cinnamon and syrup. Continue mixing until stiff peaks can be formed. Watch carefully to not go too far as to start making butter. Store in fridge until the pie is ready to be served.
Make your pie filling by mixing together the syrup, vanilla and cinnamon. Peel and thinly slice peaches. Pour the syrup mixture over peaches and toss to coat all peach slices.
Store your pie crust, pie filling and whipped cream separately in the fridge until ready to serve.
When ready to serve, add the peaches to the pie crust and top with a hefty load of whipped cream. Garnish with a sprinkle of cinnamon.
