Rosemary Hair Water
Created by TIDBITS & Company
- 4 sprigs of fresh rosemary
- 2-3 tablespoons of fresh mint leaves (optional)
- 3 cups water (divided)
Bring 2 cups of water to a boil and throw in rosemary sprigs and peppermint leaves (if using). Bring the water down to a simmer.
Simmer for 15 minutes, covered if you don't want the water to dissipate. Not covered if you want a more concentrated mixture.
Remove from heat and let cool for 20 minutes. Strain herbs from water and add rosemary water to a spray bottle. Add up to one cup of water or as much needed to fill the bottle.
Store in the refrigerator between uses and be sure to throw out after 2 weeks, due to potential bacteria growth that can happen when you add water with herbs.
