Cottage Dining Room

We’ll start in the dining area.

I didn’t do anything too crazy, just a few small touches here and there to bring in the holiday spirit.

I adorned each of the kitchen windows with a simple evergreen wreath.

Seasonal greenery is perfect for a country cottage vibe.

The dining table is filled with goodies that make a festive focal point.

Over at the kitchen island, I snuck in some subtle Christmas decorations.

It’s amazing what a few festive touches added to the corner of your kitchen can do.

Of course, the hutch had to get some special treatment too.

Little pops of Christmas are tucked into every corner.

Christmas Kitchen

Now, let’s take a look at the kitchen area.

Again, nothing big, just little pops of color set the mood. Decor doesn’t have to be specifically Christmas-themed to feel festive.

The kitchen sink gets to join in the fun with its gingerbread house soap dispenser, from Hobby Lobby.

And the kitchen shelf displays oranges and red berries, which always feel like an old-fashioned Christmas.

Christmas Kitchen Butler’s Pantry

Finally, let’s take a peek past the Christmas kitchen and into the butler’s pantry.

This space will soon be filled with cookies and other Christmas delights, but for now we’re keeping it simple, just the way I like it.
